All that parcel of land in the Southland Division
of the Provincial District of Otago, containing by ad-
measurement 2 acres and 8 perches, more or less, being
Sections Nos. 2 and 13, Block III., Township of Wrey's
Bush. Bounded on the North by Section No. 3 of
said block, 278.7 links; on the West by said Section
No. 3, 150 links; again on the North by Section No.
8 of said block, 333 links; on the East by Section No.
12 of said block, 495.8 links; on the South by Fitzroy
Street, 333 links; again on the West by Section
No. 1 of said block, 195.8 links; again on the South
by said Section No. 1, 256.4 links; and towards the
South-east by Main Street, 151.6 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. As a site for a
school.

All that parcel of land adjoining the south bound-
ary of the Borough of Timaru, containing 2 roods,
more or less. Bounded-Northward by the South
Town Belt; Southward by the Cemetery Reserve
(No. 122, in red); and Eastward and Westward by
the eastern and western boundary-lines thereof pro-
duced. For an extension of the cemetery.
All that parcel of land in the Township of Wai-
mate, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
43 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded-Southward
by the main branch of the Waimate Creek; West-
ward by Reserve 1648 (in red) and a line in continua-
tion of the eastern boundary thereof; Northward by
the straight portion of the Railway Reserve and the
prolongation thereof; Westward in a straight line,
total length 2850 links; and Eastward by a line at
right angles to the northern boundary: and numbered
2472 (in red) on the official map in the Survey Office,
Christchurch. For a racecourse.
All that parcel of land in the Rangiora Survey Dis-
trict, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
13 acres, more or less, being part of an island at the
mouth of the River Ashley. Bounded-Eastward by
Reserve 896 (in red); and Northward, Westward,
and Southward by the Beach Road round the island:
and numbered 2486 (in red) on the official map in
the Survey Office, Christchurch. For the use of the
aboriginal natives of Kaiapoi.
OTAGO.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing
by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, situate in
the Township of Ophir, and being Section No. 13 of
Block III. of said township. Bounded towards the
North-west by a street-line, 200 links; towards the
North-east by Crown lands, 250 links; towards the
South-east by Crown lands, 200 links; towards the
South-west by Section No. 12 of said Block III., 200
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
For a gravel-pit.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and
28 perches, more or less, situate in the Waikaka
District, and being Section No. 15, Block X., on the
map of the said district. Bounded towards the North
by Section No. 6 of same block, 1603 links; towards
the South-east by a road-line, 800 links; towards the
South by Section No. 7 of same block, 1244 links;
towards the West by said Section No. 7, 7149 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a
cemetery.
All that parcel of land in the Southland Division
of the Provincial District of Otago, containing by ad-
measurement 12 acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 186, Oreti Hundred. Bounded on
the North by Section No. 147 of said hundred, 575
links; on the East by Section No. 145 of said hundred,
2140.5 links; on the South by a public road, 575 links;
and on the West by a public road, 2140.5 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As a site for
a school.
All that parcel of land in the Southland Division
of the Provincial District of Otago, containing by
admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Section
No. 37, Block XVII., Invercargill Hundred. Bounded
on the North by a public road, 1642 links; on the
Trustee under "Peninsula County Libraries Act,
1877," appointed.

cination in accordance with the provisions of the
said Act and any regulations made or to be made
thereunder, for the District of Waimate.
