NORTHERN DISTRICT, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

MURIMOTU BLOCK.

At a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and held at Mangonui, in the said district, on the 15th day of November, 1878, and concluded on the 16th day of November, 1878, before Henry A. H. Monro, Esquire, Judge, and Aperahama Patene, Assessor:

In the matter of the application of William Webster, Esquire, the District Officer for the district above-named for the subdivision of the Murimotu Block numbered 2,788.

It was ordered, that the piece of land defined in the Schedule hereto, containing 785 acres more or less, numbered 2788A, and known by the name of Murimotu No. 2, and parcel of the above-named Murimotu Block, is the property of Wiremu Kurukuru, Rawiri Te Ikahurihuri, and Nuitana Te Pana (successor to Te Pana Taurere), the other owners of the said Murimotu Block having alienated their interest in the said land to Her Majesty Queen Victoria.

Witness the hand of Henry A. H. Monro, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, this 16th day of November, 1878.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 785 acres more or less, situated in the North Cape Survey District, being the Southern portion of the Block known by the name of Murimotu, and numbered 2,788A. Bounded towards the North by other portion of the Murimotu Block, 18948·7 links, towards the South-east by the sea, towards the South by Native Land 11203 links, and towards the West by the sea, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

At a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and held at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 18th day of January, 1879, and concluded on the 12th day of February, 1879, before Henry A. H. Monro, Esquire, Judge, and Aperahama Patene, Assessor:

In the matter of the application of Tiopira Kinaki, for the sub-division of the Wairau Block numbered 2012.

It was ordered that the piece of land defined in the Schedule hereto, containing 1129 acres more or less, parcel of the above named Wairau Block has been duly ceded to Her Majesty Queen Victoria.

Witness the hand of Henry A. H. Monro, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 28th day of January, 1879.
