SCHEDULE.
ALL the southern portion of that piece or parcel of land known as the Wairau Block, and numbered 2,012
containing by admeasurement 1,129 acres more or less. Bounded towards the North by the Wairau Native
Reserve, 6960 links, towards the East and South by the Waimamaku No. 2 Block, and the Waipoua Block
20333 links, and towards the West by the sea and the Waimamaku Rivers 2210 links, be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. Less a Native Reserve containing 171 acres.

In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claims to be
interested in the several blocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered
that a memorial of the ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the
said Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court
the 18th day of June, 1879.
