twenty-three and eight-tenths (23.8) poles, more or
less, being southern portion of Block XV., Town of
Havelock. Bounded towards the North-west by
Sections 5 and 6 of said Block XV., three hundred
and forty (340) links; towards the North-east by
Pensher Street to its intersection with Seaham Street;
towards the South-west by Seaham Street to its in-
tersection with Boyldon Street; and again towards
the South-west by Boyldon Street to Section 5 afore-
said: as the same is delineated on the plans in the
Survey Office, Dunedin. For a site for post and
telegraph offices.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by
admeasurement one (1) acre and four (4) poles, more
or less, situate in the Town of Hawkesbury, and
being Sections numbered six (6), seven (7), and eight
(8), Block thirteen (XIII.), of said town. Bounded
towards the North-west by Sections 3, 4, and 5 of
same block; towards the North-east by a road line;
towards the South-east by Section No. 12 of the same
block; and towards the South-west by Sections
Nos. 9, 10, and 11 of same block. For ground for a
school.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres
one (1) rood and thirty-six (36) poles, more or less,
situated in the North Harbour and Blueskin District,
being Section numbered seventy-seven (77), Block
one (I.), on the map of the said district. Bounded
towards the North by part of Section 1 of 40, Block
I., seven hundred and ten and six-tenths (710-6)
links; towards the East and South-east by the Wai-
tati Stream, two thousand (2000) links; and towards
the West by a road line forming the boundary
between Blocks I. and III., North Harbour and
Blueskin District, one thousand one hundred and
sixty-nine and two-tenths (1169-2) links, and inter-
sected by a road line 100 links wide. For a site for
a school.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the

section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted

same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale

BY virtue and in pursuance of the power and autho-
rities vested in me by the one one hundred and
forty-second, one hundred and forty-third, one hun-
dred and forty-fourth, and one hundred and forty-
fifth sections of "The Harbours Act, 1878," I, Sir
Hercules George Robert Robinson, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, on behalf
of Her Majesty the Queen, give notice to the Otago
Harbour Board that, one month from the day of the
date hereof, I shall enter upon and take possession
of the land particularly described in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, containing
by admeasurement 67 acres, more or less, being
part of the foreshore of the Port of Dunedin
granted by the Crown to the Superintendent of the
Province of Otago under "The Public Reserves
Act, 1854," by grant dated the 8th day of October,
1861 (hereinafter referred to as "the said grant "),
and part of the reserve granted to the Superintendent
of the Province of Otago under "The Public Reserves
Act, 1854," in trust for wharves and quays in the
City of Dunedin, by grant dated the 26th day of
June, 1866, and comprised within the boundary lines
following, that is to say: Commencing at a point on
the southern boundary line of Albany Street, distant
600 links from the corner at the junction of Forth
Street and Albany Sreet, and extending from the
point of commencement in a line running in an
east-south-easterly direction for a distance of 450
links: bounded northerly by Albany Street; thence
in a line running in a south-south-westerly direction
for a distance of 250 links: bounded on or towards
the East-south-east by other part of the Wharves
and Quays Reserve; thence in a line running in
a west-north-westerly direction for a distance of
150 links; thence in a line running in a south-
westerly direction for a distance of 2390 links:
