Fixing Sittings of District Court of Hawke's Bay.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority on this behalf enabling me, I, Sir
Hercules George Robert Robinson, Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint
that sittings of the District Court of Hawke's Bay
shall be held as follows:-
In the Courthouse, Napier, for Criminal busi-
ness, on the third Monday in February, May,
August, and November in every year; and for
Civil business on every Thursday;
In the Courthouse, Gisborne, for Criminal and
Civil business, on the third Thursday in
March, June, September, and December in
every year.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the
Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the
first day thereafter not being a holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

Land temporarily reserved in the Provincial District
of Auckland.

WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the
purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do
hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in
the Provincial District of Auckland described in
the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose
in the said Schedule specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land containing five (5) acres,
being Lot 106, Parish of Paremoremo, Waitemata
Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland.
Bounded on the North by a line, 1400 links; on the
East by a road, 418 links; on the South by a line,
1682 links; and on the West by a road, 323 links.
For a cemetery.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, containing by admeasurement three (3)
acres one (1) rood and twenty (20) perches, more or
less, being Lots 81 and 183, Section 2, Maketu,
Parish of Opaheke, Drury Survey District. Bounded
on the North by Lot 1, 1138 links; on the East by a
roadway, 195 links; on the South by a road, 1218
links; and on the West by a road, 580 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less. As a site and
grounds for a school.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

Suburbs of Waiomio, 200 links; towards the South-
east by Allotment 23, 250 links; towards the South-
west by the Great North Road, 200 links; and
towards the North-west by Allotment 20, 250 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As a site
for an abattoir.
