Districts constituted under "The Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1875."

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority vested in me by "The Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1875," I, Sir Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much
of former Proclamations, duly made and issued in
pursuance of the said power and authority, as relate
to the under-mentioned districts, constituted for the
purposes of the said Act, the boundaries whereof
were therein set forth, viz.: The Campbelltown, In-
vercargill, Wyndham, and Popotuna Districts; and
do proclaim and declare the territories formerly com-
prised within the said districts shall be and the same
are hereby divided for the purpose of the said Act
into five districts, the names whereof shall be the
Fortrose, Campbelltown, Invercargill, Wyndham, and
Popotuna Districts; and the boundaries of the said
districts shall be coterminous with the boundaries of
districts bearing the same names as are set forth in
a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under
the provisions of "The Marriage Act Amendment
Act, 1858;" and I hereby declare that this Procla-
mation shall come into operation and take effect on
the thirty-first day of December, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distin-
guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint
George, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued
under the Seal of the said Colony, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-second day of December, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-nine.

Vaccination Districts constiuted.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, Sir
Hercules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the boundaries of the Campbelltown,
Invercargill, Wyndam, and Popotuna Districts, con-
stituted as vaccination districts under "The Public
Health Act, 1872," shall be and the same are hereby
altered; and do hereby proclaim and declare that the
territories therein comprised shall be divided anew
into five vaccination districts, the names whereof
shall be the Fortrose, Campbelltown, Invercargill,
Wyndham, and Popotuna Districts; and that the
boundaries of the said districts shall be coterminous
with the boundaries of districts bearing the same
names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date
herewith, made under the provisions of "The Mar-
riage Act Amendment Act, 1858;" and I hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall come into opera-
tion and take effect on the thirty-first day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

Waikato.

A. PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and
authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Her-
cules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that, by an Order in Council made under the
provisions of "The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," and
bearing even date herewith, I have declared that
Thursday, the eighth day of January next, and Friday,
the ninth day of January next, shall be bank holidays
within the Borough of Hamilton and the Counties of
Waikato and Waipa, under and for the purposes of
the said Act.

and Otago.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and
authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Her-
cules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that, by an Order in Council made under the
provisions of "The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," and
bearing even date herewith, I have declared that
Friday, the second day of January next, shall be a
bank holiday within the Borough of Marton and the
County of Rangitikei, and throughout the Provincial
District of Otago, under and for the purposes of the
said Act.
