SALE OF RURAL LANDS.

Crown Lands Office,
Auckland, 19th November, 1879.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in
the Waste Lands Board by "The Land Act,
1877," and "The Crown Lands Sale Act, 1877," it is
hereby notified that the rural lands mentioned in
the Schedule hereunder will be offered for sale by
public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Auckland,
by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on Monday,
the 22nd day of December, 1879, at the hour of 11
o'clock in the forenoon.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

SARAH ANNE RHODES, WILLIAM WAR-
ING TAYLOR, THOMAS MASON, and
JOHN STUDHOLME, claiming as Trustees under
the Will of the late WILLIAM BARNARD RHODES,
deceased, having applied to be registered Proprietors
of Rural Sections 593, 594, 595, 596, 597, 598, and
599, Township of Palmerston, Manawatu District,
notice is hereby given that they will be registered as
above, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged
on or before the 12th day of January, 1880.

LAND TRANSFER NOTICE.

ROBERT GEORGE WILLIAMS, of Masterton,
Saddler, having applied, in terms of section 104
of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," for issue to him
of a provisional certificate for Allotments 179 and
291 of subdivision of Suburban Sections 79 and 41,
Township of Fitzherbert (Vol. iv., folios 46 and 118),
in lieu of original certificate alleged to have been
destroyed by fire, I hereby give notice that a pro-
visional certificate will be issued accordingly, unless
cause to the contrary be shown within fourteen days
from the publication hereof.
