LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that GRAHAM SINCLAIR, of Adams Flat, in the Provincial
District of Otago, Miner, claiming as Heir-at-law of
JAMES SUTHERLAND SINCLAIR, late of Waihola, in
the said provincial district, Farmer, deceased, in-
testate, has made application to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Otago to be registered
as Proprietor in fee-simple of one undivided third
part of Sections numbered respectively 1 of 14, and
1 of 15, Block I., of the Clarendon District, described
in Register-book, Vol. xxi., folio 177; and of part
of Section 8, Block XXI., of the District of Waihola,
containing by admeasurement 42 acres 1 rood 4
perches, more or less, described in Register-book,
Vol. xxi., folio 182: and that the said Graham
Sinclair will be so registered as such proprie-
tor, unless caveat be lodged at this office for-
bidding the same within one calendar month from
the date of the publication in the Gazette of this
notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that THOMAS
STEWART, of Dunedin, in the Provincial
District of Otago, Wood-turner, claiming as Heir-at-
law of SARAH STEWART, deceased, has made applica-
tion to the District Land Registrar of Otago to be
registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of Allotment
numbered twenty-eight (28), on the plan of the
Township of Selwyn, deposited in the Lands Registry
Office at Dunedin, and described in Register-book,
Vol. xli., folio 195; and that the said Thomas Stewart
will be so registered as such proprietor, unless caveat
be lodged in this office forbidding the same within
one calendar month from the date of the publication
in the Gazette of this notice.
