McCLURE, Wife of MARTIN McCLURE, of
Dunedin, Carpenter, formerly Mary Ann Turner,
Widow of Thomas Turner, Carpenter, deceased,
intestate, has made application to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Otago to be registered
as Proprietor of an estate in fee-simple, to her sole
and separate use, of Sections numbered respectively
21 and 22, Block X., on the map of the Town of
Palmerston, in the said district; and that she will be
so registered as such proprietor, unless caveat for-
bidding the same be lodged in this office within
one calendar month from the date of the publi-
cation of this notice.
