TAUHARA NORTH (PART OF).
All that parcel of land in the Taupo District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing
by admeasurement 7,829 acres or thereabouts,
being a portion of the Tauhara North Block.
Bounded on the South-west by the Tauhara Middle
Block; on the North by the Waikato River; and on
the East by a line bearing due north from Hipaua
to Waikato River: as delineated on a plan deposited
in the Survey Office, Auckland. This block has
passed the Native Land Court.
KAIPATIKI.
All that parcel of land in the Kaipara District, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 3454 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Kaipatiki. Bounded towards the North-
east by the Kaipara River; towards the South-east
by the Tauranga-Kawau, Te Pua-tangihua, and Te
Heke Blocks, 1632, 2906, 1124, 2780, 667, 6420, 3012,
and 10120 links; towards the South-west by Te Heke
Block, 9110 links; and towards the North-west by
the Papurona Block 1885, 436, 5682, 6700 links, the
Whareokahu and Upokonui Rivers, and Te Onekura
Block 3480 links; together with the adjacent Islands
(in number six), called Te One Roa, Takapu, Matu-
ngai, Hapuawae, Haowhenua, and one unnamed: as
delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey Office,

TAUHARA MIDDLE.
All that parcel of land in the Taupo District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, contain-
ing by admeasurement 106,080 acres or there-
abouts, known by the name of Tauhara Middle.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Tauhara

links and 35120 links; towards the East by the
Rangitaiki River; towards the South-east by the

TE ONEKURA.
All that parcel of land in the Kaipara District, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 323 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Te Onekura. Bounded towards the
North-east by the Kaipara River; towards the
South-east by the Kaipatiki Block, 3480 links;
towards the South by the Tauranga-Kawau Stream
and the Upokonui River; and towards the North-west
by the Kaipara Harbour: as delineated on a plan
deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This

UAWA.
All that parcel of land in the Poverty Bay District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 248 acres 1 rood and 24 perches or
thereabouts, known by the name of Uawa. Bounded
towards the East by a Native reserve, 5844 links;
towards the South by a Native reserve 626 links and
1332 links, and by the last-named reserve and the
Mangarara Block 2447 links; towards the West by
