All that parcel of land in the Bay of Islands Dis-
trict, in the Provincial District of Auckland, contain-
ing by admeasurement 2,106 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Oikura. Bounded towards the

383, 231, 416, 358, 301, 427, 595, 258, 699, 228, 296,

links; towards the East and North-east by the Puke-

1342, 370, 3130, and 3006 links; and towards the
South and South-west by the Punakitere Block and
lines, 603, 10631, 6600, 721, 10841, 2430, and 1141
links: as delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey
Office, Auckland. This block has passed the Native
Land Court.

OTARURU.

All that parcel of land in the Bay of Islands
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 5,157 acres or there-
abouts, known by the name of Otaruru. Bounded
towards the North by Te Huehue Block 11572,
5061, 5699, and 967 links, and the Otaienga Stream;
towards the East by the Waiwhakairo Stream, the
Aukumeroa Block 1800, 1179, 1182, and 840 links,
and the Putaka and Mangaupoa Streams; towards
the South by the Mangakahia River; and towards
the West by a stream: as delineated on a plan
deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This
block has not passed the Native Land Court.

TE HUEHUE.

All that parcel of land in the Bay of Islands
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 6,730 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Te Huehue. Bounded
towards the North-east by lines 663, 2639, 2943,
1140, 2456, 1773, 3384, and 7737 links; towards the
South-east by the Otaienga River and by the
Otaruru Block 100, 867, 5690, 5061, and 11250
links; towards the South-west by the Wai-o-te
Kakanga River and the Waoku No. 1 Block, 2220,
520, 1230, 1152, 734, 721, 850, 621, 679, 608,
768, and 751 links; and towards the North-west by
lines 7787, 243, 100, 437, 2040, 1515, 316, 1555, 1186,
6746, 582, 1487, 1759, 1407, 5838, and 2451 links: as
delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland. This block has not passed the Native
Land Court.

KOWHAI.

All that parcel of land in the Bay of Islands
District, in the Provincial Distret of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 73 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Te Kowhai. Bounded to-
wards the West and North by the Tureikura Block,
3750 links; towards the East by the Pukahakaha
Block, 4040 links; and towards the South and South-
west by the Opeti River, 5570 links: as delineated on
a plan deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This
block has passed the Native Land Court.

WAIRAU (PART OF).

All that parcel of land in the Hokianga District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 1,239 acres or thereabouts, being
the southern portion of Wairau Block. Bounded
towards the North-west by the Waimamaku River
and by the northern portion of the said Wairau
Block, 7300 links; towards the East by the Waima-
maku No. 2 Block, 3600 links and 11865 links;
towards the South by a line, 5810 links; towards the
West by the sea; again towards the North-west by a
Reserve 1435 links, 471 links, and 4264 links; towards
the South-west by the said reserve, 2801 links;
towards the South-east by the said reserve, 6765 links;
and again towards the South-west by the sea to the
mouth of the Waimamaku River: as delineated on a
plan deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This
block has passed the Native Land Court.

TARAIRE.

All that parcel of land in the Hokianga District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 915 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Taraire. Bounded towards the North
and East by the Taraire Stream; towards the South
by lines 413, 1531, 1326, 257, 3258, 644, 193, 551,
1028, 475, and 655 links; towards the West by the
Manganuiowae Block, 826, 115, 440, 262, 667, 590,
608, 178, 535, 525, 417, 3006, and 894 links; and
towards the North-west by the Pahikokuri River: as
delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland. This block has not passed the Native
Land Court.

TAUTEHERE.

All that parcel of land in the Hokianga District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 693 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Tautehere. Bounded towards the
North by the Otangaroa Block and a line, 5532
links; towards the North-east and East by lines,
18623 links; and towards the South-west and West
by lines, 22022 links: as delineated on a plan de-
posited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This block
has passed the Native Land Court.

WAITAHA.

All that parcel of land in the Hokianga District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing
by admeasurement 344 acres and 2 perches or there-
abouts, known by the name of Waitaha. Bounded
towards the North-east by lines, 4793 links; towards
the South-east by the Waikare Block, 6505 links;
towards the South-west by the sea, 7350 links; and
towards the North-west by the Hauturu Block,
6950 links: as delineated on a plan deposited in the
Survey Office, Auckland. This block has passed the
Native Land Court.

TE PAKU.

All that parcel of land in the Hokianga District,
