Block; and on the South and West by the Pongakawa
River and the Estuary of Waihi: as delineated on a
plan deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. This
block has passed the Native Land Court.

OHINEAHURU.

All that parcel of land in the Bay of Plenty
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 106 acres or there-
abouts, known by the name of Ohineahuru. Bounded
towards the North-east by lines, 3307 links; towards
the South-east by the Waiparapara Block, 3220 links;
towards the South-west by the Rau-o-te-Huia Block
and a line, 4777 links; and towards the North-west
by a line, 2103 links, to the point of commencement.
This block has not passed the Native Land Court.

WAIPARAPARA.

All that parcel of land in the Bay of Plenty
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 425 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Waiparapara. Bounded
towards the North-east by lines, 6630 links; towards
the South-east by lines, 6573 links; towards the South
by lines, 3061 links; towards the West by the Rau-
o-te-Huia Block, 9208 links; and towards the North-
west by a line and the Ohineahuru Block, 4110 links,
to the point of commencement. This block has not
passed the Native Land Court.

KAINGAROA No. 2.

All that parcel of land in the Taupo-Rotorua Dis-
trict, in the Provincial District of Auckland, contain-
ing by admeasurement 143,700 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Kaingaroa No. 2. Bounded
towards the North-east by the Torepatutahi River
and the Kaingaroa No. 1 Block to the Wairapukao;
towards the South-east by the Kaingaroa No. 1 Block
and the Rangitaiki River; towards the South-west
by the Tauhara Middle Block; and towards the
North-west by the Tauhara North Block, the Para-
riki Stream, and the Waikato River. This block has
passed the Native Land Court.

MANAWATU NO. 7 OR RAKAIATAI.

All that parcel of land in the Seventy-Mile
Bush District, in the Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 7,230
acres or thereabouts, known by the name of
Manawatu No. 7 or Rakaiatai. Bounded on the
North by the Manawatu No. 6 or Tuatua Block; on
the East by the Manawatu River; on the South and
South-west by the Manawatu No. 4B or Otanga, and
the Manawatu No. 3 or Te Ohu Blocks; and again
on the West by the Manawatu No. 5 or Ngamoko
Block: as delineated on a plan deposited in the
Survey Office, Napier. This block has passed the
Native Land Court.

MANAWATU No. 3 OR TE OHU (PART OF).

All that parcel of land in the Seventy-Mile Bush
District, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
containing by admeasurement 2,036 acres or there-
abouts, being a portion of the Manawatu No. 3 or
Te Ohu Block. Bounded on the North and East by
the Mangatewaiti Stream, thence by a straight line
to the head of the Matamao Stream, and down that
stream to its junction with the Whakaruatapu River;
on the South and West by the said river; and again
on the West by a line to the point of commence-
ment: as delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey
Office, Napier. This block has passed the Native
Land Court.

MAHARAHARA.

All that parcel of land in the Seventy-Mile Bush
District, situate partly in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay and partly in the Provincial District
of Wellington, and known by the name of Mahara-
hara, containing by admeasurement 26,383 acres or
thereabouts—namely 20,953 acres in the Provincial
District of Hawke's Bay, and 5430 acres in the
Provincial District of Wellington. Bounded on the
North by the Tamaki Block; on the East by the
Tahoraite No. 1 and Oringi-Waiaruhe Blocks; on
the South by the Ahuaturanga Block; and on the
West by the Manawatu Block: as delineated on
a plan deposited in the Survey Office, Napier. This
block has passed the Native Land Court.

MANAWATU NO. 1 OR UMUTAOROA.

All that parcel of land in the Seventy-mile Bush
District, situate partly in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay and partly in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Wellington, and known by the name of
Manawatu No. 1 or Umutaoroa, containing by ad-
measurement 27,803 acres or thereabouts—namely
19,473 acres in the Provincial District of Hawke's
Bay, and 8,330 acres in the Provincial District of
Wellington. Bounded on the North by the Mana-
watu No. 2 or Piripiri Block; on the East by the
said Manawatu No. 2 or Piripiri, and the Manawatu
No. 4 or Tiratu Block; on the South by the
Tahoraite No. 2 and the Tamaki Blocks; and on
the West by the Manawatu Block: as delineated
on a plan deposited in the Survey Office, Napier.
This block has passed the Native Land Court.

TARARUA.

All that parcel of land in the Wairarapa District,
in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing
by estimation 103,000 acres or thereabouts, known
by the name of Tararua. Boundaries: Commencing
on the North at Ngapuketurua on the boundary of
the block known as Kaihinu No. 2, thence following
the boundary of the said block to Makakahi, thence
following the western boundary of the Manawatu
Block till it strikes the Ruamahanga River, thence
along the course of that river till it strikes the boun-
dary of the Kohangawariwari, Papawhakarau, and
Kaiaho Blocks, thence along that boundary till it
strikes the Waingawa River, thence along that river to
its junction with the Mangatarera-o-te-whakaturakau
Creek, thence up the course of the said creek till it
strikes the western boundary of the Hikawera and
Taratahi Blocks, thence along that boundary till it
strikes the northern boundary of the Wainui and
Waikanae Block, thence in a south-westerly direction
to Taraotauhinu, thence towards the north in a
direct line to Patuotekakape, and thence straight on
to Ngapuketurua, the commencing point: as the
same is delineated on a plan deposited in the office
of the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Wellington.

MANAWATU-KUKUTAUAKI No. 2F.

All that parcel of land in the Manawatu District,
in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing
by estimation 1,200 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Manawatu-Kukutauaki No.2F. Bounded
on the North and East by the Manawatu-Kukutauaki
No. 2c Block; on the South by the Manawatu-
Kukutauaki Nos. 2G and 2D Blocks; and on the
West by Native land: as delineated on a plan de-
posited in the office of the Deputy Inspector of Sur-
veys, Wellington. This block has passed the Native
Land Court.

MANAWATU-KUKUTAUAKI No. 3.
