the Otepopo Road Board to make a deviation
in the Breakneck Road by entering on Section thirty-
six, Block VIII., Otepopo Survey District, and taking
three (3) acres one (1) rood thirty-four (34) poles.
A plan showing the land required to be taken lies
at the Schoolhouse, Otepopo, for inspection. All
persons affected shall set forth in writing any well-
grounded objections to the taking of such land, and
shall send such writing to the Otepopo Road Board
within forty (40) days from the 15th March, 1878.

distribution thereof, is now open, in the office of
