NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month after the gazetting of
this notice.

mencing at a point 115 links distant from the S.W.

Kilda, in the Provincial District of Otago, of the
loss of the Certificate of Title to the said allotment,
bearing date the 11th day of March, 1872, and
entered in the Register Book of the said district,
vol. 2, folium 333: I hereby give notice that I intend
to give a Provisional Certificate of Title to the said
allotment to the said James Patrick Walsh, unless
