NOTICE.

TO THE REGISTRAR-GENERAL OF THE COLONY
OF NEW ZEALAND.

I REGINALD HENRY KEMP BENNETT,
residing at Kumara, in the Province of West-
land, New Zealand, Licentiate of the Royal College
of Surgeons, Ireland, Licentiate of Medicine, Royal
College of Surgeons, Ireland, and Licentiate of
Midwifery, Coombe Lying-in-Hospital, Dublin, do
hereby give notice that I intend to apply to you, the
said Registrar-General, one month from the under-
mentioned date, to have my name placed upon the
list of legally qualified Medical Practitioners in the
Colony of New Zealand ; and that I have exhibited
my diplomas to the said Registrar-General, and
deposited copies thereof in his office for inspection in
terms of "The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869."

DEATHS, FOR THE DISTRICT OF DUNEDIN, IN
THE PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF OTAGO, NEW
ZEALAND.

I WILLIAM STEWART WEEDING ROBERTS,
Member of the Royal College of Surgeons,
England, residing in Oamaru, in the said Provincial
District, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply
to the Registrar for the District of Dunedin, on the
22nd day of April, 1878, to have my name placed on
the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony
of New Zealand ; and I have deposited my diplomas
along with this in the office of the said Registrar in
Dunedin for public inspection, in terms of "The
Medical Practitioners Act, 1869."

NOTICE OF COPARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned
WILLIAM BUSS, HENRY MATSON,
THOMAS MATSON, have entered into copartnership
as Stock, Estate, and General Commission Agents,
and Auctioneers, at Rangiora and the Northern Dis-
trict of Canterbury, under the style or firm of
"Matson, Buss, and Company," and that the said
copartnership is to have effect from the twenty-sixth
day of February, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-eight.
