Certificate of Production of Australian Wine.
Office of the Commissioner of Customs,
Wellington, 8th November, 1878.
T is hereby notified that the following certificate
of production of Australian wine is prescribed
in pursuance of the requirement of the fifth section of
"The Customs Tariff Act, 1878," and that certificates
in this form will have to be presented at the Customs
in this colony to entitle such wine to be admitted, on
and after the 1st of January next, at the differential
rate of duty in its favour fixed by the said Act.

appointment dates from 1st July, 1878.

cation Clerk in the Surveyor-General's Depart-
ment, from 5th July, 1878, vice J. F. Miles.
FRANK WATKINS, to be a Cadet in the Surveyor-
General's Department. The appointment to date
