at noon, to be the time, and the office of the Mana-
watu Highway Board to be the place, at which the
first meeting of the Manawatu Highway Board shall
be held.

IN pursuance of the provision contained in the
seventh section of "The Customs Tariff Act, 1878,"
I, the Commissioner of Customs, do by this order direct
that all entries for goods chargeable with ad valorem
duty shall have indorsed thereon, or shall be accom-
panied by, a declaration to be made by the importer
(or, with the consent of the Collector or other proper
Officer of Customs, or his authorized agent) in the
form contained in the Schedule hereto.

eight hundred and seventy-eight.

no discounts or drawbacks of any kind, except such
as have been actually allowed to me (or to the im-
