Description of Land in Section 48 (Bush Reserve),
Block IV., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey Dis-
trict, and required to be taken from Her Majesty the
Queen.

All that piece of land in Section forty-eight [48],
Block four [IV.], Dunedin and East Taieri Survey
District, in the Provincial District of Otago, and
Colony of New Zealand, and containing by admeasure-
ment twenty-six [26] acres and thirty-five [35]
poles, more or less, with all appurtenances thereto
belonging, being part of Section forty-eight [48]
[Bush Reserve] on the record map of the said dis-
trict, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a
point on a district road being the south-western
angle of said Section forty-eight [48], thence in a
north-easterly direction and bearing 25° 2' and
running for a distance of one thousand five hun-
dred [1500] links to the north-eastern angle of said
Section forty-eight [48], thence in a westerly direc-
tion and bearing of 273° and running for a distance of
two thousand three hundred and sixty-two [2362] links
along the northern boundary of said Section forty-
eight [48], thence in a southerly direction and bear-
ing of 180° and running for a distance of nine hun-
dred and sixty-seven [967] links, thence in a south-
easterly direction and bearing of 114° 40′ and running
for a distance of one thousand two hundred and
eighty-three [1283] links to a district road, thence in
an easterly direction and running for a distance of
five hundred and ninety-five [595] links along said
road to the point of commencement; and as the
same is delineated on plan number nineteen [19]
hereunto annexed and coloured red.

required to be taken from John McMillan.

All that piece of land in Sections thirty-seven (37)
and two (2) of thirty-eight (38), Block four (IV.),
Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, in the
Provincial District of Otago, and Colony of New
Zealand, and containing by admeasurement four [4]
acres two [2] roods and seven [7] poles, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Sections thirty-seven [37] and two [2] of thirty-
eight [38] on the record map of the said district, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the
southern boundary of said Section thirty-seven [37]
distant in a westerly direction along said boundary
eight hundred and eighty-three [883] links and one-
tenth [1-10] of a link from the south-eastern angle of
said Section thirty-seven [37], thence in a north-
westerly direction and bearing of 126° 33′ 30″ and
running for a distance of four hundred and seventy-
four [474] links and four-tenths [4-10] of a link,
thence in a northerly direction and bearing of 1740
55' and running for a distance of two hundred and
sixteen [216] links and seven-tenths [7-10] of a link,
thence in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
35° 17′ and running for a distance of three hundred
