and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on
the western boundary of said Section forty-six (46)
distant in a southerly direction along said boundary
eight hundred and five (805) links and four-tenths
(4-10) of a link from a district road, thence in a
south-easterly direction and bearing of 126° 16' and
running for a distance of five hundred and eighty-
eight (588) links and six-tenths (6-10) of a link,
thence in an easterly direction and bearing of 90° 48′
and running for a distance of one hundred and forty-
two (142) links and eight-tenths (8-10) of a link,
thence in a southerly direction and bearing of 1° 11′
and running fer a distance of one hundred and
ninety-three (193) links and one-tenth (1-10) of a
link, thence in a westerly direction and bearing of
97° 44' and running for a distance of six hundred
and thirty-nine (639) links and seven-tenths (7-10)
of a link to the western boundary of said Section
forty-seven (47), thence in a northerly direction and
bearing of 2° 34' and running for a distance of four
hundred and fifty-seven (457) links and five-tenths
(5-10) of a link along said boundary to the point of
commencement; and as the same is delineated on plan

piece number two (2) on annexed plan numbered
eighteen (18), in Section forty-six (46), Block
four (IV.), Dunedin and East Taieri Survey
District, in the Provincial District of Otago, and
Colony of New Zealand, and containing by ad-
measurement two (2) acres and eight (8) poles, more
or less, with all appurtenances thereto belonging,
being part of Section forty-six (46) on the record
map of the said district, and bounded as follows:
Commencing at a point on the western boundary of
said Section forty-six (46) distant in a southerly
direction along said boundary four hundred and
sixty-nine (469) links and five-tenths (5-10) of a
link from a district road, thence in a north-easterly
direction and bearing of 225° 39′ and running for a
distance of two hundred and ninety-four (294) links
and two-tenths (2-10) of a link, thence in a north-
easterly direction and bearing of 238° 42′ 30″ and
running for a distance of four hundred and four
(404) links and three-tenths (3-10) of a link, thence
in a north-easterly direction and bearing of 225° 26′
and running for a distance of six hundred and fifty
(650) links and five-tenths (5-10) of a link to the
northern boundary of said Section forty-six (46),
thence in a westerly direction and bearing of 92° 30′
and running for a distance of two hundred and two
(202) links to a district road, thence in a south-
westerly direction and running for a distance of nine
hundred and ninety-seven (997) links along said
district road to the western boundary of said Section
forty-six (46), thence in a southerly direction and
bearing of 2° 34' and running for a distance of four
hundred and sixty-nine (469) links and five-
tenths (5-10) of a link along said western boundary
to the point of commencement; and as the same is
delineated on plan number eighteen (18) hereunto

district road, thence in a north-easterly direction
and bearing of 55° and running for a distance of one
hundred and eighty-eight (188) links, thence in a
north-easterly direction and bearing of 29° 35′ and
running for a distance of seven hundred and forty-
five (745) links and seven-tenths (7-10) of a link,
thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing of
143° 43′ and running for a distance of five hundred
and sixty-seven (567) links and eight-tenths (8-10)
of a link to a district road, thence in a north-easterly
direction and running for a distance of nine hundred
and sixteen (916) links along said road, thence in a
south-westerly direction and bearing of 215° 40′ and
running for a distance of two hundred and forty-three
(243) links, thence in a south-westerly direction and
bearing of 252° 30′ and running for a distance of
five hundred and twenty-four (524) links, thence in
a south-easterly direction and bearing of 146° 55′ and

edin and East Taieri Survey District, and required
to be taken from Donald McKenzie (Trustee).

All that piece of land in Section forty (40), Block
four (IV.), Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District,
in the Provincial District of Otago, and Colony of
New Zealand, and containing by admeasurement four
(4) acres and twenty-seven (27) poles, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Section forty (40) on the record map of the said
district, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a
point on the north side of a district road distant in
an easterly direction along said district road one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-four (1874)
links from the western angle of said Section forty
(40), thence in a northerly direction and bearing of
169° 15′ and running for a distance of two hundred
and twenty-seven (227) links, thence in a westerly
direction and bearing of 91° 56′ and running for a
distance of three hundred and six (306) links and six-
tenths (6-10) of a link, thence in a north-westerly
direction and bearing of 121° 17′ 30″ and running for
a distance of six hundred and three (603) links,
thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing of
158° 32′ and running for a distance of two hundred
and three (203) links and one-tenth (1-10) of a link,
thence in a south-westerly direction and bearing of
257° 48′ and running for a distance of six hundred
and fifty-three (653) links and five-tenths (5-10) of a
link to the north-western boundary of said Section
forty (40), thence in a north-easterly direction and
