Piece No. 2.-All that piece of land in Section
twenty-nine [29], Block IV., Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing
by admeasurement six [6] acres two [2] roods and
twenty-nine [29] poles, more or less, with all appur-
tenances thereto belonging, being part of Section
twenty-nine [29] on the record map of the said dis-
trict, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a
point on the southern boundary of said Section
twenty-nine [29], distant in an easterly direction
along said boundary one thousand four hundred
and ninety-two [1492] links and sixth-tenths [6-10]
of a link from a district road being the western
angle of said Section twenty-nine [29], thence
in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
33° 26', and running for a distance of two
hundred and eleven [211] links and three-tenths
[3-10] of a link, thence in an easterly direc-
tion and bearing of 257° 53′ 40″ and running for a
distance of five hundred and twenty-six [526] links,
thence in a northerly direction and bearing of 1' 20"
and running for a distance of seven hundred and
ninety-four [794] links and three-tenths [3-10] of a

eastern boundary of said Section twenty-nine [29]
distant in a southerly direction along said boundary
two hundred and seventy-four [274] links and five-
tenths [5-10] of a link from a district road being
the north-eastern angle of said Section twenty-nine
[29], thence in a south-westerly direction and bear-
ing of 228° 22' and running for a distance of three
hundred and ninety-six [396] links and nine-tenths
[9-10] of a link, thence in a south-easterly direction
and bearing of 146° 24' 20" and running for a distance
of four hundred and eighty-two [482] links and
three-tenths [3-10] of a link to the eastern boundary
of said Section twenty-nine [29], thence in a north-
erly direction and bearing of 2° 34' and running for
a distance of six hundred and sixty-five [665] links
and nine-tenths [9-10] of a link along said boundary
to the point of commencement; and as the same is
delineated on plan No. eighteen [18] hereunto
annexed and coloured red.

IV., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and
required to be taken from Donald McQuilkan.

Piece No. 1.-All that piece of land marked piece
number one (1) on annexed plan numbered eighteen
(18), in Sections forty-six (46) and forty-seven (47),
Block four (IV.), Dunedin and East Taieri Survey
District, in the Provincial District of Otago, and
Cclony of New Zealand, and containing by ad-
measurement one (1) acre three (3) roods and eleven
(11) poles, more or less, with all appurtenances
thereto belonging, being part of Sections forty-six
