Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and
required to be taken from Miller Anderson.
All that piece of land in Section two [2] of thirty
[30], Block four [IV.], Dunedin and East Taieri
Survey District, in the Provincial District of Otago,
and Colony of New Zealand, and containing by admeasure-
ment four [4] acres two [2] roods and
five [5] poles, more or less, with all appurtenances there-
to belonging, being part of Section two [2] of
thirty [30] on the record map of the said district,
and bounded as follows : Commencing at a point on
the northern boundary of said Section 2 of 30 dis-
trict road being the north-western angle of said
Section 2 of 30, thence in a south-easterly direction
and bearing of 327° 15' and running for a distance of
one hundred and ninety-eight [198] links and five-
tenths [5-10] of a link, thence in a southerly direction
and bearing of 57° and running for a distance of
two hundred and forty-six [246] links and four-
tenths [4-10] of a link, thence in a south-easterly
direction and bearing of 133° 35' 40" and running for
a distance of four hundred and forty [440] links and
seven-tenths [7-10] of a link, thence in a southerly
direction and bearing of 5° 56' and running for a
distance of one hundred and six [106] links and five-
tenths [5-10] of a link, thence in an easterly direc-
tion and bearing of 90° 26' and running for a distance
of one hundred and eighty-seven [187] links and
one-tenth [1-10] of a link, thence in a north-easterly

a westerly direction and bearing of 90° and running

Piece No. 1.—All that piece of land in Section
twenty-nine [29], Block IV., Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing
by admeasurement one [1] rood and thirty-seven
[37] poles, more or less, with all appurtenances there-
to belonging, being part of Section twenty-nine [29]
on the record map of the said district, and bounded
as follows : Commencing at a point on the southern
boundary of said Section twenty-nine [29] distant in
an easterly direction along said boundary eight hun-
dred and thirty-two [832] links from a district road
being the western angle of said Section twenty-nine
[29], thence in a north-westerly direction and bear-
ing of 327° 15' and running for a distance of three
hundred and four [304] links to a district road,
thence in a north-easterly direction, and running for
a distance of two hundred and eight [208] links along
said district road, thence in a south-easterly direction
of bearing of 346° and running for a distance of
three hundred and fifteen [315] links, thence in a
