vincial District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand,
and containing by admeasurement four [4] acres and
twenty-nine [29] poles, more or less, with all appur-
tenances thereto belonging, being part of Section
twenty-two [22] on the record map of the said
district, and bounded as follows: Commencing at
the southern angle of said Section twenty-two [22],
thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing of
144° 8' and running for a distance of one thousand
one hundred and twenty-eight [1128] links and two-
tenths [2-10] of a link along the south-western
boundary of said Section twenty-two [22], thence in

links from a district road being the eastern angle of

running for a distance of two thousand one hundred
and eleven [2111] links and four-tenths [4-10] of a
link to the south-western boundary of said Section
twenty-five [25], thence in a north-westerly direction
and bearing of 144° 8' and running for a distance
of twenty-one [21] links and one-tenth [1-10] of a
link along the said boundary, thence in a north-
easterly direction and bearing of 72° 49' 54" and
running for a distance of one thousand eight hundred

New Zealand, and containing by admeasurement
fourteen [14] poles and three-tenths [3-10] of a pole,
more or less, with all appurtenances thereto belong-
ing, being part of Section 26 on the record map of
the said district, and bounded as follows: Commenc-
ing at a point on the south-western boundary of the
said Section 26, distant in a south-eastern direction
along said boundary five hundred and eleven [511]
links and eight-tenths [8-10] of a link from the
western angle of said Section 26, thence in a south-
easterly direction and bearing of 127° 29′ and run-
ning for a distance of one hundred and seventy [170]
links and two-tenths [2-10] of a link, thence in a
south-easterly direction and bearing of 157° 36′ and
running for a distance of two hundred and nine [209]
links and six-tenths [6-10] of a link to the south-
western boundary of said Section 26, thence in a
