Description of Land in Sections 24 and 21, Block
IV., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District,
and required to be taken from Robert Lashman.
All that piece of land in Sections twenty-four [24]
and twenty-one [21], Block four [IV.], Dunedin and
East Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and
containing by admeasurement seven [7] acres two
[2] roods and twenty-one [21] poles, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Sections twenty-four [24] and twenty-one [21]
on the record map of the said district, and bounded
as follows: Commencing at a point on the north-
eastern boundary of said Section twenty-one [21]
distant in a north-westerly direction along said boun-
dary five hundred and fifty-six [556] links and two-
tenths [2-10] of a link from the eastern angle of
said Section twenty-one [21], thence in a westerly
direction and bearing of 92° 29′ 20″ and running for
a distance of three hundred and eighty-two [382]
links and five-tenths [5-10] of a link, thence in a
south-westerly direction and bearing of 229° 59′ and
running for a distance of seven hundred and four
[704] links and five-tenths [5-10] of a link, thence in
a south-easterly direction and bearing of 158° 59′
