quired to be taken from the New Zealand and Aus-

Piece No. 1.--All that piece of land marked piece
number one [1] on annexed plan number thirteen
[13], in Section two [2], Block four [IV.], Dunedin
and East Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial |
District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and
containing by admeasurement two [2] acres two [2]
roods and four [4] poles, more or less, with all
appurtenances thereto belonging, being part of Sec-
tion two [2], on the record map of the said district,

the western boundary of said Section two [2], dis-

south-western angle of said Section two [2], thence
