of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing by
admeasurement one [1] acre nineteen [19] poles, more
or less, with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being
part of Section one [1] of one [1] on the record map
of the said district, and bounded as follows:—Com-
mencing at a point on a district road at the north-
western angle of said Section one [1] of one [1],
thence in an easterly direction and running for a dis-
tance of three hundred and fifty [350] links along
said district road, thence in a southerly direction and
bearing of 6° 45' and running for a distance of seven
hundred and thirteen [713] links to the south-western
boundary of said Section one [1] of one [1], thence in
a north-westerly direction and bearing of 157° 50' and
running for a distance of six hundred and sixty-four
[664] links and seven-tenths [7-10] of a link along
said boundary line to the point of commencement; and
as the same is delineated on plan No. 12 hereunto annexed

All that piece of land in Section one [1] of one [1],
Block XIII., Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial
District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and
containing by admeasurement two [2] acres and
thirty-five [35] poles, more or less, with all appur-
tenances thereto belonging, being part of Section one
[1] of one [1] on the record map of the said district,
and bounded as follows:—Commencing at a point on the
north-eastern boundary of said Section one [1] of
one [1], distant in a south-easterly direction one
thousand four hundred and twenty-six [1426] links
along said boundary line from the north-western
angle of adjoining Section one [1] of one [1],
thence in a westerly direction and bearing of
260° 8' and running for a distance of twenty-five
[25] links, thence in a north-westerly direction and
bearing of 112° 48' and running for a distance of
three hundred and forty-nine [349] links and nine-
tenths [9-10] of a link, thence in a north-westerly
direction and bearing of 147° 9' and running for a
distance of three hundred and five [305] links and
three-tenths [3-10] of a link, thence in a northerly
direction and bearing of 10° and running for a dis-
tance of two hundred and sixty-six [266] links and
four-tenths [4-10] of a link, thence in a north-easterly
direction and bearing of 23° 49' and running for a

of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and con-
taining by admeasurement one [1] acre two [2]
roods and twenty-seven [27] poles, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Section one [1] on the record map of the said
district, and bounded as follows:—Commencing at
a point on a district road at the south-eastern
angle of said Section one [1], thence in a westerly
direction and running for a distance of five hundred
[500] links along said district road, thence in a
northerly direction and bearing of 7° 30' and running
for a distance of two hundred and sixty-seven [267]
links, thence in a north-easterly direction and bear-
ing of 226° 27' and running for a distance of three
hundred and forty [340] links and eight-tenths [8-10]
of a link, thence in an easterly direction and bearing
of 258° 16' and running for a distance of two hundred
and six [206] links and seven-tenths [7-10] of a link to
the eastern boundary of said Section one [1], thence in
a southerly direction and bearing of 360° and running

the north-east angle of said Section one [1], thence in
a north-westerly direction and bearing of 338° and
running for a distance of one hundred and twenty-
seven [127] links and two-tenths [2-10] of a link,
thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing of
126° 52' and running for a distance of one hundred
and eighty-one [181] links and nine-tenths [9-10] of
a link, thence in a northerly direction and bearing of
175° 56' and running for a distance of one hundred
and sixty-seven [167] links and seven-tenths [7-10]
of a link, thence in a north-easterly direction and
bearing of 226° 54' and running for a distance of
two hundred and seventy-seven [277] links and five-
tenths [5-10] of a link to the eastern boundary of said
Section one [1], thence in a southerly direction and
bearing of 179° 45' 20" and running for a distance of
five hundred and eighty-three [583] links and nine-
tenths [9-10] of a link along said boundary to the
