vincial District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand,
and containing by admeasurement twenty-four [24]
poles and three-tenths [3-10] of a pole, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Section three [3] on the record map of the said
district, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a
point on the boundary line of piece number two [2]
distant fifty-eight [58] links in an easterly direction
and bearing of 2780 40' from number fifty-eight
[58] traverse peg, thence in a south-easterly direction
and bearing of 330° 40' and running for a distance of
three hundred and eight [308] links and seven-tenths
[7-10] of a link to number two [2] piece, thence in a
north-easterly direction and bearing of 237° 32′ 30″
and running for a distance of fifty [50] links along
said number two [2] piece, thence in a north-westerly
direction and bearing of 330° 40' and running for a
distance of two hundred and ninety-eight [298] links
and nine-tenths [9-10] of a link to number two [2]
piece, thence in a south-westerly direction and bearing
of 248° 44' and running for a distance of fifty [50]
links and five-tenths [5-10] of a link along said piece
number two [2] to the point of commencement; and

and East Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and con-
taining by admeasurement three [3] roods fifteen [15]
poles, more or less, with all appurtenances thereto
belonging, being part of Section two [2] on the record
map of the said district, and bounded as follows:
Commencing at the north-western angle of said Sec-
tion two [2], thence in a southerly direction and
bearing of 179° 45′ 40″ and running for a distance of six
hundred and fifty-two [652] links and six-tenths [6-10]
of a link along the western boundary of said Section
two [2], thence in an easterly direction and bearing
of 89° 30′ and running for a distance of two hundred
[200] links, thence in a north-westerly direction and
bearing of 160° 54′ 40″ and running for a distance of
three hundred and forty-six [346] links and one-tenth
[1-10] of a link, thence in a northerly direction and
bearing of 2° 20' and running for a distance of three
hundred and twenty-five [325] links to the northern
boundary of said Section two [2], thence in a westerly
direction and bearing of 270° and running for a dis-
tance of one hundred and seventeen [117] links along
said boundary to the point of commencement; and
as the same is delineated on plan No. thirteen [13]

All that piece of land in Sections sixteen [16] and
seventeen [17], Block four [IV.], Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing
by admeasurement six [6] acres two [2] roods and
fourteen [14] poles, more or less, with all appurten-
ances thereto belonging, being part of Sections sixteen
[16] and seventeen [17] on the record map of the
said district, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at a point in the southern boundary of said Section
sixteen [16] being the north-western angle of adjoin-
ing Section two [2], thence in a north-easterly direc-
tion and bearing of 22° 12′ 40 and running for a
distance of eight hundred and seven [807] links and
eight-tenths [8-10] of a link, thence in a north-
westerly direction and bearing of 165° 0′ 20″ and run-
ning for a distance of seven hundred and thirty-eight
[738] links and two-tenths [2-10] of a link, thence in a
north-westerly direction and bearing of 142° 45' and
running for a distance of two hundred and two [202]
