(4) on annexed plan number eleven (11), in Section
two (2), Block (VI.), Dunedin and East Taieri
Survey District, and in the Provincial District of Otago,
and containing by admeasurement one (1) rood and
three-tenths (3-10) of a pole, more or less, with all appurtenances
thereto belonging, being part of Section five (5) on
the record map of the said district, and bounded as
follows: Commencing at a point in the boundary
line of piece number three (3) distant one
hundred and twenty-five (125) links in a north-
easterly direction and bearing of 36° 40' from traverse
peg number two (2), thence in a northerly direction
and bearing of 177° 24' 15" and running for a distance
of six hundred and eighteen (618) links and two-
tenths (2-10) of a link to a piece marked number
three (3), thence in a westerly direction and bearing
of 90° 54' and running for a distance of forty (40)
links and one-tenth (1-10) of a link along said piece
marked number three (3), thence in a southerly direc-
tion and bearing of 177° 24' 15" and running for a
distance of six hundred and forty-one (641) links and
one-tenth (1-10) of a link to a piece marked number
three (3), thence in a north-easterly direction and

eleven [11] poles, more or less, with all appurtenances
thereto belonging, being part of Section one [1]
of one [1] on the record map of the said district, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the
south-west boundary line of said Section one [1]
distant in a south-easterly direction one
thousand four hundred and twelve [1412] links and
three-tenths [3-10] of a link along said boundary line
from the north-western angle of said Section one [1]
of one [1], thence in an easterly direction and bear-
ing 260° 8' and running for a distance of four hundred
and fifty-three [453] links and three-tenths [3-10] of
a link, thence in a southerly direction and bearing of
174° 45' and running for a distance of two hundred
