In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at
Queenstown, on the eleventh day of February,
the eighth day of April, the tenth day of
June, the twelfth day of August, the seventh
day of October, and the ninth day of Decem-
ber in each year.
In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at
Lawrence, on the twentieth day of February,
the seventeenth day of April, the nineteenth
day of June, the twenty-first day of August,
the sixteenth day of October, and the
eighteenth day of December in each year.
In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at
Palmerston, on the twenty-fourth day of
January, the twenty-sixth day of February,
the twenty-first day of March, the twenty-
third day of April, the twenty-third day of
May, the twenty-fifth day of June, the
twenty-fifth day of July, the twenty-seventh
day of August, the nineteenth day of Sep-
tember, the twenty-second day of October,
the twenty-first day of November, and the
twenty-third day of December in each year.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a Sunday or a holiday,
then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden
on the first day thereafter not being a Sunday or a
holiday.
Provided further that this warrant shall not take
effect till the first day of February, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-third day of Janu-
ary, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-eight.

NORMANBY, Governor.
IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested by the sixteenth section of "The Educa-
tion Reserves Act, 1877," I hereby reserve the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and for the pur-
poses therein specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, being a portion of a reserve containing
sixteen acres and one rood, situate at Ormondville,
in the Seventy-Mile Bush, and containing by ad-
measurement four (4) acres and one (1) rood, more
or less. Bounded towards the North-east by a public
road; towards the North-west by a public road; to-
wards the South-west by other portion of said reserve
set apart as a site for cemetery; and towards the
South-east by other portion of said reserve set apart
for railway purposes. As a site for a school.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-ninth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-eight.

Zealand, do hereby notify that I do hereby abolish
the two highway districts constituted under the pro-
visions of the said "Highways Act, 1874," named
respectively "The Kaukapakapa South Highway
District" and "The Kaukapakapa North Highway
District."

NORMANBY, Governor.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me
vested by the seventh section of an Act of the
Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Pro-
vince of Auckland intituled "The Highways Act,
1874," and "The Abolition of Provinces Act, 1875,"
I, George Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Nor-
manby, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I do hereby create and constitute
all that portion of the Provincial District of Auck-
land, the boundaries whereof are described in the
Schedule hereto, a highway district under the said
"Highways Act, 1874," and that such district shall
be known by the name of
THE KAUKAPAKAPA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland bounded towards the North by the
Makarau and Rauhori Rivers, and by the southern
boundary lines of Lots Nos. 49, 50, 51, and 52 of the
Parish of Komokoriki; towards the East by the
western boundary lines of the Parishes of Puhoi and
Waiwera to the Waitoki River, and thence by that
river to its confluence with the Waipapa Stream;
again towards the North by the Waipapa Stream
aforesaid to the eastern boundary of Lot No. 308,
Parish of Pukeatua; again towards the East by the
eastern and southern boundary lines of Lot No. 308
aforesaid to the Waipuakakahu Stream; thence by
that stream to the north-east corner of Lot No. 34
of the Parish of Pukeatua aforesaid; thence by the
eastern boundary lines of Lots Nos. 34, 33, 32, 31,
30, 38, and 36 of the said parish; towards the South
by the southern boundary lines of Lots No. 36 and
35 of the said parish; thence by a right line from
the south-west corner of Lot No. 35 aforesaid to the
south-east corner of Lot No. 56 of the Parish of
Ararimu, thence by the southern boundary lines of
Lots Nos. 56 and 57 of the aforesaid parish, by a
road, and by the southern boundary lines of Lot
No. 59 of the same parish; and towards the West
by the western boundary lines of Lots Nos. 59, 58,
35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, and 21, all of
the Parish of Ararimu aforesaid, to the Kaukapakapa
River; again towards the South by the Kaukapa-
kapa River aforesaid to its confluence with the
Kaipara River; again towards the West by the
Kaipara River aforesaid, and by the Kaipara Estu-
ary to the mouth of the Makarau River, the point of
commencement.
