RESERVE No. 9, Allotment 32, Parish of Rangitaiki.
Awarded to Te Patuwai tribe. Containing 7,654
acres, more or less.
Bounded on the North by Native Reserve No. 31;
on the East by the Whakatane River; on the South
by the Native Reserve No. 33 North; on the West
by Government Land. Commencing at the south-
west corner of Allotment 31 in a south-westerly
direction on a surveyed line, seventeen thousand two
hundred (17200) links; thence in an easterly direc-
tion following a surveyed line, twenty thousand five
hundred and fifty-eight (20558) links, twenty-one
thousand nine hundred and ten (21910) links, five
thousand eight hundred and forty (5840) links, to
the Whakatane River; thence following river in a
general northerly direction to south-east corner of
Allotment 31; thence following south boundary of
said allotment, twenty thousand nine hundred (20900)
links, twenty-one thousand eight hundred and fifty-
eight (21858) links, to point of commencement.

SCHEDULE G.

RESERVE NO. 10, Allotment 33, Parish of Rangi-
taiki, North Subdivision. Awarded to Te Patuto-
hora (section of Ngatipukeko tribe). Containing
6,864 acres, more or less.,
Bounded on the North by Native Reserve No. 32;
on the East by Ruatoki River; on the South by
Subdivision of Lot 32; on the West by Crown lands.
Commencing at the south-west corner of Allotment
32 in a southerly direction on a surveyed line, one
thousand three hundred and fifty-three (1353) links,
five thousand five hundred and thirty-five (5535)
links, nine thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven
(9957) links; thence in an easterly direction on a
surveyed line, forty thousand one hundred and forty
(40140) links to the Ruatoki River; thence following
the river in a north-easterly direction to the south-
east corner of Allotment 32; thence following south
boundary of said lot, five thousand eight hundred and
forty (5840) links, twenty-one thousand nine hundred
and ten (21910) links, twenty thousand five hundred
and fifty-eight (20558) links, to point of com-
mencement. Together with the Reserve No. 11,
within the allotment, containing seventy-seven acres.
Commencing at a point on the south boundary
of Allotment 32; thence following a surveyed line
in a southerly direction seven hundred and twenty-
eight (728) links, one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-eight (1878) links; thence in an east-
erly direction, three thousand and fifty-eight (3058)
links; thence in a northerly direction, two thousand
five hundred and fifty (2550) links, to south boundary
of Allotment 32; thence following south boundary
of said lot, two thousand nine hundred (2900) links,
to point of commencement.

RESERVE No. 12, Allotment 33, Parish of Rangi-
taiki, South Subdivision. Awarded to Ngatiranga-
taua (section of Ngatipukeko tribe). Containing
4877 acres, more or less.
Bounded on the North by North Subdivision of
Allotment 33; on the East by the Ruatoki River;
on the South by Native land; on the West by
Crown lands. Commencing at the south-west corner
of the north subdivision of Allotment 33 in a
southerly direction, thirteen thousand three hundred
and forty-three (13343) links, to confiscation boun-
dary; thence following confiscation boundary in an
easterly direction, thirty-nine thousand two hundred
and twenty-two (39222) links, to the Ruatoki River;
thence following river in a general northerly di
tion to south-east corner of the North Subdivision of
Allotment 33; thence following south boundary of
said subdivision in a westerly direction, forty thou-
sand one hundred and forty (40140) links, to point
of commencement. Together with the Reserve
No. 13 within this allotment, containing seventy-
five acres. Commencing from a point on the
confissation boundary line and one thousand nine
hundred and ninety-three (1993) links west of the
Ruatoki River; in a northerly direction one thou-
sand and eighty-six (1086) links to edge of swamp;
thence following swamp in a north-westerly direction,
four hundred and seventy (470) links, one thousand
and fifty links (1050) links, nine hundred and forty
(940) links; thence in a westerly direction, one thou-
sand eight hundred and ninety-three (1893) links;
thence in a southerly direction, two thousand eight
hundred and twenty-three (2823) links; thence in
an easterly direction on confiscation boundary, three
thousand three hundred and fifteen (3315) links, to
point of commencement.

SCHEDULE I.

RESERVE No. 14, Allotment 70, Parish of Wai-
mana. Awarded to Te Ngatipukeko tribe (both
sections). Containing 128 acres, more or less.
Bounded on the North by the Waimana River; on
the East by Allotment 26, Native land; on the South
by a public road; on the West by a Native Reserve.
Commencing at north-west corner of Allotment 26,
on the Waimana River; thence following river in a
general westerly direction to north-east corner of
Native Reserve; thence following eastern boundary
of said reserve in a south-westerly direction, five
hundred and eighty (580) links, to public road;
thence following public road in a general south-
easterly direction, one thousand two hundred and
thirty-seven (1237) links, six hundred and seventy-
eight (678) links, six hundred and seventy-one (671)
links, five hundred and thirty-six (536) links, six
hundred and seventy-four (674) links, six hundred
(600) links to south-west corner of Allotment 26;
thence following western boundary of said allotment
in a north-easterly direction, two thousand eight
hundred and twenty (2820) links, to point of com-
mencement.

SCHEDULE J.

RESERVE No. 15, Allotment 266, Parish of Wai-
mana. Awarded to Hoepa Te Putarere and others.
Containing 58 acres.
Bounded on the North by the Whakatane River;
on the South by a public road, Whakatane South
Township; on the East by Crown lands; on the
West by Native Reserve. Commencing at a point
seven hundred and seventy-eight (778) links west of
south-west corner of Allotment 267, on public road;
thence in a due north direction, four thousand two
hundred (4200) links, to the Whakatane River;
thence following the river in a south-westerly direc-
tion to north-east corner of Native Reserve; thence fol-
lowing eastern boundary of said river three thousand
one hundred and seventy-two (3172) links due south
east, one thousand five hundred and fifty (1550)
links, to point of commencement.
