NOTICE OTICE is hereby given, that THOMAS PRATT,
of Invercargill, Merchant, and JOHN TICE
MARTIN, of the same place, Brewer, claiming as
Devisees under the Will of PATRICK MALONE, late of
Lowther, deceased, have applied to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Southland, to be regis-
tered as proprietors of deceased's interest in Sections
one (1) and two (2), Block two (II.), of the Town
of Lowther; and that the said Thomas Pratt and
John Tice Martin will be so registered unless caveat
forbidding the same be lodged here within one
