NOTICE.

I, CHARLES AITKEN STACPOOLE, Licen-
tiate in Surgery and Midwifery of the Royal
College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and Licentiate of
the Apothecaries' Hall of London, now residing at
Moray Place, Dunedin, do hereby give notice that I
intend to apply, on the 17th day of November next,
to have my name placed on the Register of Medical
Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand, and
that I have this day deposited with the Registrar in
Dunedin the evidence of my qualifications, in terms
of "The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869."
