LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN REID, of
Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago,
Gentleman, and JAMES TAYLOR MACKERRAS,
of the same place, Merchant, claiming as Devisees
under the Will of GEORGE FORREST REID, late of
Dunedin, aforesaid, Merchant, deceased, have made
application to the District Land Registrar of the
District of Otago, to be registered as Proprietors in
fee-simple of Sections numbered respectively 17,
Block VI., and 14, Block VII., on the map of the
Glenomaru District, in the provincial district
aforesaid; and that the said John Reid and
James Taylor Mackerras will be registered as such
proprietors unless caveat be lodged at this office
forbidding the same within one calendar month from
the date of the publication of this notice.

the Provincial District of Otago, Farmer, and
WILLIAM FRANCIS BUCKLAND, of Auckland,
Agent, Devisees under the Will of WILLIAM THORNE
BUCKLAND, late of Auckland, deceased, have applied
to be registered as proprietors of an estate in fee-
simple in that parcel of land situate in the District
of Hauraki, containing 5 acres and 23 perches, being
called or known by the name of Waipatukahu No. 4,
and being the whole of the land included in volume
3, folio 40, of the Register-book; and in that
parcel of land in the said District of Hauraki, con-
taining 1 rood and 8 perches, and being Allotments
26, 27, and 28, of Block No. 8 of the Town of
Hastings, otherwise known by the name of Waipatu-
kahu No. 3, and being the whole of the land included
in volume 14, folio 109, of the Register-book.
The Applicants will be registered as aforesaid
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged in this
office on or before the twenty-third day of November
next.
