thousand (1,000) acres, more or less, being Section
numbered one thousand nine hundred and ninety-
nine (1999) (in red), situate in the Ashburton Dis-
trict (Ashburton Road District). Bounded on the
South-east by Moore's Beach Road; on the South-
west by Sections 23680, 23683, and 23679; on the
North-west by the dray track; and on the North-
east by a line parallel to the north-east boundary of
Section 23680, so as to include the required quantity.

the Ashburton District (Mount Somers Road Dis-

forming the north-eastern boundary of Reserve 1607
(in red); on the South-east by pre-emptive rights
ZA¹ and T, on run 126; on the North-east by the
top of the high terrace of the north branch of the
River Ashburton, to be determined on survey; on
the North-west by a line at right angles to the first
mentioned boundary, to include the required quan-
tity. For educational purposes.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement one
thousand (1,000) acres, more or less, being Section
numbered two thousand and one (2001) (in red),
situate in the Waitangi District (Waimate Road
District), being bounded on the East by Section
No. 20000; on the South-east by a branch of the
River Waihao; on the North-west by a line at right
angles to the first-mentioned boundary; and on the
West by a line parallel to the eastern boundary, to
include the required quantity. The north-east cor-
ner of the above-described land is situate 60 chains
north of the south-west corner of Section 20000.

to meet the western corner of Section 21746; and

Reserve No. 286 (in red); on the Northward by the

right angles to the road above mentioned, to include

hundred and eight (408) acres, more or less, being
Section numbered two thousand and six (2006) (in
red), situate in the Ashburton District (Mount
Somers Road District), being bounded on the West
by the road forming the eastern boundary of Section
21515; on the North-east by a road and by Taylor's
Branch of the River Ashburton, and also by Section
17760; and on the South-east by Section 17760, and
a line in continuation of its south-eastern boundary.
