of Akatore District, Otago, New Zealand,
claiming as Heir-at-law of JOHN NOBLE the elder, late
of Akatore District aforesaid, Settler, deceased, in-
testate, has made application to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Otago, to be registered
as proprietor of an estate in fee-simple in an un-
divided moiety in Sections 2 of 20 and 21, Block I.,
Akatore District; and that the said William Noble
will be so registered as such proprietor as afore-
said, unless caveat be lodged at this office forbidding
the same within one calendar month from the date of
publication of this notice.
