N OTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 10th day of September next.
- JESSIE HALL.-11 perches, part of Sec-
tion 490, City of Wellington, fronting 25 feet 6
inches on Lambton Quay, and extending westerly
therefrom 120 feet parallel to and distant 22 feet
3 inches from northern boundary of section.

GWILLIM, late of Havelock, Baker, deceased, has
applied to be registered as proprietror in fee-simple
of that piece of land containing 14 acres and 24
perches, or thereabouts, and being Suburban Sec-
tions numbered 8 and 9 of the District of Havelock;
and that she will be so registered unless caveat for-
bidding the same be lodged at this office within
one calendar month from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

naki, in the Colony of New Zealand, Surveyor,
deceased, has applied to be registered as proprietor
of an estate in fee-simple in Lot 3 of the sub-
division into lots of Allotments 18 and 19 of Section
15 of the City of Auckland, being the whole of the
land comprised in Volume 13, folio 181, of the
Register Book. The Applicant will be registered as
aforesaid unless caveat forbidding the same be
