Sentence of Court confirmed by the Governor.

Customs Department (Marine Branch),
Wellington, 12th June, 1877.
IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Gover-
nor has been pleased to confirm the following
sentence of the Court held at Wellington, on the 1st,
2nd, 5th, and 14th days of June last, to investigate,
under the 241st section of "The Merchant Shipping
Act, 1854," charges of intoxication, and neglect and
breach of duty made against Charles Bonner, Master
Mariner, holding a New Zealand Certificate of Ser-
vice, No. 2331. The said Charles Bonner was Master
of the s.s. "Tui" at the time these offences were
alleged to have been committed.
