Vesting Reserves in the Patea County Council.

NORMANBY, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
tenth day of July, 1877.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the one hundred and ninety-second
section of "The Counties Act, 1876," I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby,
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, do hereby order that the
control of the reserves made for public purposes,
situate in the County of Patea, and described in
the Schedule hereto, shall vest and the same are
hereby vested in the County Council of the said
County of Patea.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Taranaki, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing
by admeasurement sixty-nine (69) acres one (1) rood
and twenty-two (22) poles, more or less, being Sec-
tion numbered five hundred and thirty-four (534),
situate in the Patea District. Bounded towards
North-east by Sections numbered two hundred and
eighty-three (283) and two hundred and eighty-four
(284); towards the South-east by Section numbered
five hundred and thirty-seven (537); towards the
South by a road line; and towards the North-west
by Section numbered five hundred and thirty-
six (536).

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, contain-
ing by admeasurement one hundred and sixty-one
(161) acres and twenty-three (23) poles, more or
less, being Sections numbered three hundred and
thirty-eight (338) and one hundred and forty (140)
on the record plan of the Okotuku District, being
bounded towards the North by Section numbered
three hundred and thirty-seven (337) three thousand
eight hundred and thirty-two (3832) links and three
hundred and sixty-eight (368) links, by Section
numbered forty-one (41) six hundred and seventy
(670) links, and by a swamp; towards the East by
Section numbered one hundred and thirty-six (136)
three thousand one hundred and sixty-five (3165)
links; and towards the South and West by a public
road one (1) chain wide six hundred and eighty-one
(681) links, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven (1877) links, two hundred and ninety-three
(293) links, two thousand and fifty-eight (2058)
links, two thousand seven hundred and twenty-eight
(2728) links, and three thousand (3000) links.

Reserve for Recreation Purposes in the Provincial
District of Auckland.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested in this behalf by "The Auckland Waste
Lands Act, 1874," and "The Waste Lands Adminis-
tration Act, 1876," I hereby reserve the land in the
Provincial District of Auckland the boundaries
whereof are described in the Schedule hereunto
annexed, and for the purpose in the said Schedule
specified.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, being Section numbered eighty-one (81),
Block one (I.), Tauranganui Survey District, con-
taining by admeasurement sixty-one (61) acres and
twenty-two (22) poles, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by a road line three thousand
and thirty (3030) links; towards the East by the
Whenuakura Block one thousand six hundred and
thirty-nine (1639) links; towards the South by
Sections numbered thirty-two (32) and thirty-
three (33) two thousand seven hundred and thirty-
seven (2737) links; and towards the West by Section
numbered thirty-five (35) two thousand seven hun-
dred and ninety-four (2794) links; be all the afore-
said linkages more or less. For the purpose of a
recreation ground.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven.

Site for School reserved at Macrae's Township,
Otago.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested by "The Otago Reserves Act, 1874," and
"The Abolition of Provinces Act, 1875," respectively,
I hereby reserve the land in the Provincial District
of Otago described in the Schedule hereunto annexed
for the purpose in the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement fifteen and
six-tenths (15 6) poles, more or less, situate in the
Town of Macraes, being Section numbered thirty-two
(32), Block one (I.), on the map of the said Town.
Bounded towards the North-west by Garden Street
forty-nine (49) links; towards the North-east by
Section numbered thirty-one (31) two hundred
(200) links; towards the South-east by Section
numbered three (3) forty-nine (49) links; and
towards the South-west by Section numbered thirty-
three (33) two hundred (200) links. As a site for
a school.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven.

Reserve for Educational Buildings at Otautau,
Otago.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested by "The Otago Reserves Act, 1874," and
"The Abolition of Provinces Act, 1875," respectively,
I hereby reserve the land in the Provincial District
of Otago described in the Schedule hereunto an-
nexed for the purpose in the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, situate in the Town of Otautau, being
Section numbered five (5), Block four (IV.), on the
map of the said town. For educational buildings.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven.
