Survey District, containing by admeasurement sixty-
six (66) acres and eight (8) poles, more or less.
Bounded towards the North by a road line one thou-
sand eight hundred and sixty-seven (1867) links;
towards the East by a road line two thousand nine
hundred and fifty (2950) links; towards the South
by Section numbered sixty-two (62) two thousand
six hundred and forty-two (2642) links; and towards
the West by the Aroha Creek and a road reserve
three thousand seven hundred and fifty (3750) links;
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Section
numbered sixty-three (A) (63A), Block four (IV.),
Patutahi Survey District, containing by admeasure-
ment sixteen (16) acres and eight (8) poles, more or
less. Bounded towards the North-east by a road
line two thousand and ninety (2090) links; towards
the South by a road line one thousand seven hun-
dred and forty (1740) links; and towards the West
and North-west by a road reserve and the Aroha
Creek two thousand two hundred and fifty (2250)
links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively thirty-seven (37) and thirty-
eight (38), Suburban Sections, Patutahi, containing
by admeasurement twelve (12) acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the North-east by Section num-
bered thirty-nine (39) one thousand (1000) links;
towards the South-east by Sections numbered forty-
one (41) and forty (40) one thousand two hundred
(1200) links; towards the South-west by Section
numbered thirty-six (36) one thousand (1000) links;
and towards the North-west by a road line one thou-
sand two hundred (1200) links; be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less, as delineated on the plan
deposited in the Survey Office, City of Auckland.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively one hundred and forty-one
(141) and one hundred and forty-two (142), Subur-
ban Sections, Patutahi, containing by admeasurement
five (5) acres two (2) roods and four (4) poles, more
or less. Bounded towards the North-east by a road
line six hundred (600) links; towards the South-east
by Sections numbered one hundred and thirty-nine
(139) and one hundred and forty (140) nine hundred
and twenty-two (922) links; towards the South-west
by Sections numbered seventy-three (73) and seventy
(70) six hundred (600) links; and towards the North-
west by Section numbered one hundred and forty-three
(143) nine hundred and twenty-two (922) links; be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Section
numbered one hundred and forty-eight (148), Subur-
ban Sections, Patutahi, containing by admeasurement
two (2) acres three (3) roods and two (2) poles,
more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by a
road line three hundred (300) links; towards the
South-east by Section numbered one hundred and
forty-seven (147) nine hundred and twenty-two
(922) links; towards the South-west by Section
numbered sixty-eight (68) three hundred (300)
links; and towards the North-west by Section
numbered one hundred and forty-nine (149) nine
hundred and twenty-two (922) links; be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively three (3), four (4), five (5),
and six (6), Suburban Sections, Patutahi, containing
by admeasurement forty (40) acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the North-east by a road line
one thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) links;
towards the South-east by Sections numbered one
(1) and two (2) three thousand two hundred (3200)
links; towards the South-west by a road line one
thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) links; and
towards the North-west by Sections numbered seven
(7) and eight (8) three thousand two hundred (3200)
links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Section
numbered twenty-four (24), Suburban Sections,
Patutahi, containing by admeasurement five (5)
acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-
east by a road line five hundred (500) links; towards
the South-east by Section numbered twenty-five (25)
one thousand (1000) links; towards the South-west
by a road line five hundred (500) links; and towards
the North-west by Section numbered twenty-three
(23) one thousand (1000) links; be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively thirty (30) and thirty-one
(31), Suburban Sections, Patutahi, containing by
admeasurement ten (10) acres, more or less. Boun-
ded towards the North-east by a road line one
thousand (1000) links; towards the South-east by
Section numbered thirty-two (32) one thousand
(1000) links; towards the South-west by a road
line one thousand (1000) links; and towards the
North-west by a road line one thousand (1000)
links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the
Most Honorable George Augustus Con-
stantine, Marquis of Normanby, Earl of
Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby, and Baron
Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in the County
of York, in the Peerage of the United
Kingdom; and Baron Mulgrave of New
Ross, in the County of Wexford, in the
Peerage of Ireland; a Member of Her
Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Coun-
cil; Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael
and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Ma-
jesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House,
at Wellington, this sixth day of July, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by the seventeenth section of "The
Waste Lands Administration Act, 1876," it
is enacted that whenever the Governor is satisfied
that any lands purchased out of the sums authorized
under "The Immigration and Public Works Act,
1870," and any Act amending the same, to be issued
and expended in the purchase of lands in the North
Island of New Zealand, are free from Native claims
and all difficulties in connection therewith, he shall
by Proclamation declare such lands to be waste
lands of the Crown, subject, except as thereafter in
