Provisional Reserves for Educational Purposes in the
Patutahi Block, Provincial District of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the twelfth section of "The Waste
Lands Administration Act, 1876," it is enacted
that it shall be lawful for the Governor from time
to time to make out of any waste lands of the Crown
provisional reserves for educational purposes of a
public character, in manner as in the said section is
set forth:
Now, therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the authority vested in me
by the above-named Act, and of all other powers and
authorities enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the parcels of land described
in the Schedule hereto annexed are provisionally
reserved and set apart for educational purposes of a
public character, subject to the terms and conditions
of the aforesaid twelfth section of the above-named
Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections num-
bered respectively four (4) and five (5), Block one
(I.), Turanganui Survey District, containing by ad-
measurement ninety-seven (97) acres one (1) rood
and nine (9) poles, more or less. Bounded towards
the North-east by Section numbered thirty (30) three
thousand (3000) links; towards the South-east by
Sections numbered thirty-one (31) and six (6) three
thousand five hundred and eighty-five (3585) links;
towards the South-west by a road line three thou-
sand and seventy-six (3076) links; and towards the
North-west by a road line two thousand nine hundred
and three (2903) links; be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections num-
bered respectively twenty-five (25) and twenty-six
(26), Block one (I.), Turanganui Survey District,
containing by admeasurement eighty-nine (89) acres
two (2) roods and thirty-seven (37) poles, more or
less. Bounded towards the North-east by a road
line three thousand and thirty (3030) links; towards
the South-east by a road line three thousand (3000)
links; towards the South-west by Section numbered
twenty-four (24) three thousand (3000) links; and
towards the North-west by Section numbered

twenty-three (23) two thousand eight hundred and
forty-nine (2849) links; be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively thirty-two (32), thirty-three
(33), and thirty-four (34), Block one (I.), Turanga-
nui Survey District, containing by admeasurement
one hundred and forty-eight (148) acres and eleven
(11) poles, more or less. Bounded towards the
North-east by Section numbered thirty-five (35) and
a Government reserve four thousand two hundred
and thirty-seven (4237) links; towards the South-
east and East by the Whenuakura Block four
thousand six hundred and six (4606) links; towards
the South-west by a road line five thousand three
hundred and forty-four (5344) links; and towards
the North-west by a road line two thousand four
hundred and ninety-two (2492) links; be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively forty-two (42), forty-four
(44), and forty-six (46), Block one (I.), Turanganui
Survey District, containing by admeasurement one
hundred and twenty-eight (128) acres one (1) rood
and twenty-one (21) poles, more or less. Bounded
towards the North and North-east by Sections
numbered forty-seven (47), forty-five (45), and
forty-three (43), four thousand nine hundred and
forty-two (4942) links; towards the South-east by
Section numbered forty (40) two thousand nine
hundred and fifty (2950) links; towards the South-
west and South by a road line three thousand seven
hundred and fifty-three (3753) links; and towards
the West by a road line two thousand nine hundred
and fifty (2950) links; be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auck-
land in our Colony of New Zealand, being Sections
numbered respectively fifty-three (53) and fifty-five
(55), Block four (IV.), Patutahi Survey District,
containing by admeasurement eighty-eight (88) acres
two (2) roods, more or less. Bounded towards the
North by a road line three thousand (3000) links;
towards the East by Section numbered fifty-one (51)
two thousand nine hundred and fifty (2950) links;
towards the South by Sections numbered fifty-two
(52) and fifty-four (51) three thousand (3000) links;
and towards the West by Section numbered fifty-
seven (57) two thousand nine hundred and fifty
