abouts. Bounded towards the East by the Wai-
karu Creek, by lines one thousand one hundred and
ninety-nine (1199) links, three thousand two hundred
and twenty-four (3224) links, four hundred and
seventy-one (471) links, eight hundred and ninety-
nine (899) links, and seven hundred and forty-seven
(747) links, the Whakapure Creek again, by lines nine
hundred and six (906) links, three hundred and nine-
teen (319) links, two hundred and fifty-seven (257)
links, five hundred and ninety-six (596) links, three
hundred and fifty-three (353) links, nine hundred
and forty (940) links, three hundred and thirty-five
(335) links, and six hundred and sixty-nine (669)
links; towards the South by the Rerepouri Creek;
towards the West by lines four thousand four hun-
dred and twenty-nine (4429) links, and three thou-

again towards the South by lines two thousand two hun-

AWAAWAROA.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement forty-nine
(49) acres, more or less, situate at Te Puna, in the
Bay of Islands District, being called or known by the
name of Awaawaros, and numbered two hundred and
sixty-six N (266x.) Bounded towards the North-
east by Native land called Tureikura one thousand
five hundred (1500) links, and the Mangakirikiri
Stream; ; towards the South-west by Native land
called Mangaparuparu two thousand three hundred
and ten (2310) links; towards the South by the
Oreti River; and towards the West by Native land
called Pukahakaha ninety-three (93) links, and two
thousand seven hundred and fifty (2750) links.

MANGAPARUPARU.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement twenty-
seven (27) acres, more or less, situate at Te Puna, in
the Bay of Islands District, being called or known by
the name of Mangaparuparu, and numbered two
hundred and sixty-three N (263N). Bounded to-
wards the North-east and East by the Mangakirikiri
Creek; towards the South by the Oreti River; and
towards the West by the Awaawaroa Block two
thousand three hundred and sixty (2360) links.

PUKAHAKAНА.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement twenty-
six (26) acres, more or less, situate at Te Puna, in
the Bay of Islands District, being called or known
by the name of Pukahakaha, and numbered two
hundred and sixty-one N (261N). Bounded towards
the North by the Tureikura Block four hundred and
seventy-eight (478) links; towards the East by the
Awaawaroa Block two thousand seven hundred and
fifty (2750) links, and ninety-three (93) links; to-
wards the South by the Oreti River; and towards
the West by the Kowhai Block four thousand and
forty (4040) links.

PUKETAPU No. 5.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland containing by admeasurement eighty-
two (82) acres one (1) rood and thirty-three (33)
perches, more or less, situate at Ohaeawai, in the
Bay of Islands District, County of Hokianga, being
called or known by the name of Puketapu No.
5, and numbered six hundred and thirty-five N
(635N). Bounded towards the North by lines one
hundred and seventeen (117) links, five hundred and
fifty-one (551) links, two hundred and fifteen (215)
links, three hundred and seventy-four (374) links,
and four hundred and thirty-nine (439) links;
towards the East by lines two hundred and sixty-six
(266) links, three hundred and one (301) links, and
two hundred and eight (208) links; again towards
the North by lines one hundred and twenty-nine
(129) links and four hundred and thirteen (413)
links; towards the North-east by lines one thousand
seven hundred and six (1706) links, one hundred
and forty-eight (148) links, two hundred and sixty-
five (265) links; towards the South-east by lines
four hundred and sixty-six (466) links, one hundred
and fifty-eight (158) links, five hundred and twelve
(512) links, seven hundred and sixty-eight (768)
links, and seventy-one (71) links, and by the Puke-
tapu No. 4 Block seven hundred and eighty-five

WAIRUA.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement twenty-
seven thousand eight hundred (27,800) acres, more or
less, situate at Whangarei, in the District of Whan-
garei, County of Bedford, being called or known by
the name of Wairua, and numbered three thousand
and ninety-eight (3093). Bounded towards the North
by the Puhi Puhi Block nineteen thousand five
hundred and ninety three (19593) links, and by the
Waipuakakaho Creek; towards the East by the
Wairua River; towards the South by the said Wairua
River, the Okariki Creek, and the Otakairangi Block,
eight thousand eight hundred and sixty (8860) links,
eleven thousand four hundred and fifty-eight (11458)
links, eleven thousand and five (11005) links, and
three thousand (3000) links, and by the Purua Block
one thousand three hundred (1300) links, six thousand
seven hundred and eighty-five (6785) links, and
fifteen thousand and seventy-eight (15078) links;
and towards the West by Native land and the
Hukerenui Block forty-four thousand six hundred
and fifty-eight (44658) links, seven thousand one
hundred and sixty (7160) links, and eight thousand
nine hundred and eight (8908) links.

OHUKA.

All that piece or parcel of land at Te Puriri, in the
District of Hauraki, in the Province of Auckland,
and called or known by the name of Ohuka, contain-
ing by admeasurement one thousand eight hundred
(1,800) acres, or thereabouts. Bounded towards the
East by the Tairua River; towards the South-east by
the Ohuka Creek, by lines one hundred and fifty-six
