RAKAUWAHI.
All that piece of land at Pukewharariki, in the
Bay of Islands District, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, known by the name of Rakauwahi, con-
taining by admeasurement one thousand four hun-
dred and twenty-two (1,422) acres, or thereabouts.
Bounded on the West by the Mongatoa Stream;
towards the North by the Rakauwahi Stream; towards
the East by lines one thousand six hundred and forty-
five (1645) links, three thousand three hundred and
thirty-three (3333) links, and one thousand seven
hundred and forty (1740) links, and by the centre of
a swamp; and towards the South by lines nine thou-
sand six hundred and sixty-eight (9668) links, five
thousand two hundred and ninety-three (5293) links,
and four thousand five hundred and ninety-four
(4594) links, and by the aforesaid Mongatoa Stream.

PUKEWHARARIKI.
All that piece of land at Rakauwahi, in the Bay
of Islands District, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, known by the name of Pukewharariki,
containing by admeasurement two thousand five
hundred and fifty-two (2,552) acres, or thereabouts.
Bounded on the South by the Rakauwahi Stream and
Mongatoa Stream; towards the South-west by the
Oikura Block three thousand and forty six (3046)
links, three thousand one hundred and thirty (3130)
links, three hundred and seventy (370) links, one
thousand three hundred and forty-two (1342) links,
and three hundred and ninety-six (396) links; to-
wards the West by the said Block three hundred and

Kaipara, being called or known by the name of
Taungako, and numbered three thousand one
hundred and fifteen (3115). Bounded towards the
North-west by Native land twenty-one thousand four
hundred and eighty-five (21485) links, five hundred
and eighty-four links (584) links, and ten thousand
six hundred (10600) links; towards the North-east by
the Papurona Block one thousand nine hundred and
forty-three (1943) links, and four thousand nine
hundred and eighty-five (4985) links; towards the
South-east and South by Native land seven thousand
seven hundred and forty (7740) links, five hundred
and nine (509) links, two thousand one hundred and
fifty-five (2155) links, five hundred and seventy-three
(573) links, nine hundred and seventy (970) links,
one thousand one hundred and sixty-one (1161)
links, four hundred and fourteen (414) links, oue
thousand three hundred and ninety-five (1395) links,
two thousand four hundred and fifty (2450) links,

PAPURONA.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement one
thousand two hundred and twenty (1,220) acres, or
thereabouts, situate at Kaipara, in the District of
Kaipara, being called or known by name of Papu-
rona, and numbered two thousand two hundred and
thirteen (2213). Bounded towards the North by
the Upokonui River; towards the East by the said
river; towards the South-east by the Kaipatiki Block
six thousand seven hundred (6700) links, five thou-
sand six hundred and eighty-two (5682) links, four
hundred and thirty-six (436) links, and one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three (1883) links; towards
the South-west by a line four thousand nine hundred
and eighty-five (4985) links; and towards the West
by lines one thousand nine hundred and forty-three
(1943) links, and nine hundred and sixty-one (961)
links, and by the Otakanini River. Including the
Island of Taikikapara and two small islands in the
Upokonui River aforesaid adjacent to the said
