IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested in this behalf by "The Westland Waste
Lands Act, 1870," I hereby reserve the land in the
Provincial District of Westland the boundaries
whereof are described in the Schedule hereunto
annexed, and for the purpose in the said Schedule
specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Westland, containing by admeasurement thirty-three
(33) perches, more or less, being Section No. 157
(in red), situate in the town of Okarito. Bounded
on the Westward by Russell Street two hundred
and thirty-eight links; on the North-eastward by
Palmerston Street one hundred and fifteen links;
on the Eastward by Section No. 133 one hundred
and eighty links; and on the Southward by Section
No. 136 one hundred links, comprising Sections num-
bered 131 and 132 of the said town. For a reserve
for Road Board purposes.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-second day of
June, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-seven.
