NOTICE has been received from the Inspector of
Sheep for the Wairarapa and East Coast Dis-
trict that he has granted clean certificates to the
following flockowners :-
G. M. WATERHOUSE, Huangaroa, Kelly's Creek,
Clapham's Hill, Bluff and Drummond's Creek
Flocks; dated 15th February, 1877.
MITCHELL and HIRSCHBERG, Morrison's Run;
dated 24th February, 1877.
ALEXANDER SUTHERLAND, Pahaua, 1,000 dry Sheep;
dated 22nd February, 1877;
and cancelled the clean certificate of
JAMES STOODLY, Tu Puru Puru, for flock of mixed
sheep of 300; dated 20th February, 1877.

register the Old Golden Calf Gold Mining
Company as a Limited Company, under the provi-
sions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Old Golden Calf
Gold Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Albert and Davy Streets, Grahamstown, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty thousand
pounds sterling, in ten thousand shares of two pounds sterling
each. - The number of shares subscribed for is ten thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of shares paid up is nil.
- The amount already paid up is ten thousand pounds ster-
ling, same being estimated value of the mine. - The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
