Under the authority of "The Public Works Act,
1876."

WHEREAS it is the intention of the East Tamaki
Road Board to take, for the purpose of alter-
ing a line of road, a portion of Lot 122, Pakuranga,
County of Manukau, containing 1 acre 3 roods and
35 perches, the property of the Auckland Bishopric
Endowment Trustees, and now in the occupation of
Mr. John Wallace, Flat Bush:
Take notice, that a plan and description of the
land required to be taken are deposited at Mr.
Shackell's, East Tamaki; and all persons affected are
hereby called upon to set forth in writing any ob-
jection to the taking of such land, and to send such
writing, within 40 days from this date, to the Secre-
tary of the East Tamaki Road Board.
