NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office, Auckland, March 3rd, 1877.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 12th day of December, 1876, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the application of Atareta Taupe for the subdivision of a piece of land called Mangaorapa,
situate at Porangahau, in the District of Hawke's Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of
New Zealand, at a session of that Court held at Waipawa, in the district aforesaid, on the 6th day of Sep-
tember, 1876, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the
6th day of September, 1877.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Waipawa, Hawke's
Bay, on the 12th day of April next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned application.

Act, 1874," that the claim of Riparata Kahutia and others to a piece of land called Aohuna, situate at
Turanga, in the District of Hawke's Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand,
on the 17th day of February, 1875, at Gisborne, in the district aforesaid should be reheard before the said
Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 17th day of April next.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne, Poverty
Bay, on the 5th day of April next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block
of land of which the name and locality are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are
published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Shortland, Thames, on the 29th day of March
next, and following days.
