MURPHY, of Kaitangata, in the Provincial
District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand,
Widow of JOSEPH MURPHY, late of Kaitangata
aforesaid, Settler, deceased, has made application to
the District Land Registrar of the District of Otago
to be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of one
undivided third part of Sections numbered respec-
tively 1, 2, 3, and 22, Block IV., on the map of the
said Town of Kaitangata, as Devisee under the Will
of the said Joseph Murphy, deceased; and that the
said Paulina Murphy will be so registered as such
Proprietor, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same within one calendar month from the date of the
publication of this notice.

MCLEAN, late of the City of Wellington, Knight,
deceased, to be registered as Proprietor of an Estate
in fee-simple in Blocks 62, 65, and 67, and parts of
Blocks 66 and 68, Maraekakahu District, Hawke's
Bay, containing 10204 acres; and in the Ngatarawa
