Hawkes Whitcombe and Henry Arden Tem-

has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by
G. H. Whitcombe, in the same name, Whitcombe,
Temperton, and Co.

ALL persons are hereby cautioned against nego-
tiating or dealing with one Promissory Note for
the sum of Β£50, dated the 14th February, 1877, and
payable three months after date, drawn by John S.
Capstick in favour of E. C. Morgan ; also a Bill of
Exchange for the sum of Β£50, drawn by the said
E. C. Morgan and accepted by the said John S.
Capstick, and bearing date the 14th day of February,
1877, payable four months after date, and both made
payable at the Bank of Australasia, Wanganui, both
the same being accommodation bills, the said J. S.
Capstick not holding himself responsible for the
same.
