"The Weights and Measures Act, 1868," to direct
that the Authorized Copies of the Standard Weights
and Measures for the Districts of Auckland and the
Thames shall, for the future, be deposited at the
Constabulary Police Station at Auckland and Short-
land respectively.

Extension of Time for Election for Waipukurau
Riding.

IT is hereby notified, that, in exercise of the power
and authority contained in "The Counties Act,

1876," His Excellency the Governor, with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, did, by an
Order in Council bearing date the eighth day of
March instant, and for the reasons therein particu-
larly mentioned, extend the time for the holding of
an election for the Waipukurau Riding, in the
County of Waipawa, from the eighteenth of February
ultimo to the ninth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-seven.

hundred and seventy-seven.
