Appointing First Meeting of Foxton Harbour Board.

IT is hereby notified, that His Excellency the Gover-
nor has been pleased to appoint Friday, the
ninth day of March next, to be the day on which the
Foxton Harbour Board shall hold its first meeting.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouses.
CUSTOMS.---In exercise of the authority in me for
this purpose vested, I, George McLean, the
Commissioner of Customs, do by this order under
my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the
under-mentioned buildings as Warehouses for the
reception and security of goods entered to be ware-
housed without payment of duty upon the first entry
thereof, viz.,-
Port of Wanganui.
A corrugated galvanized iron building situate in
Ridgway Street, and known as
REID'S BOND.
Port of Lyttelton.
A stone building at Christchurch on part of Town
Section No. 738, known as
LOUISSON'S BOND.
Given under my hand at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of February, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-seven.

Approving and Appointing Bonding Warehouses.
CUSTOMS.---In exercise of the powers in me for
this purpose vested by "The Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned
Warehouses, viz.,-
Port of Wanganui.
A detached brick building covered with iron,
situate on Section No. 186, in and facing St. Hill
Street, Wanganui, and known as
TOD'S BOND.
A detached building situate on Section No. 83, in
and facing Ridgway Street, Wanganui, and known as
DRUMMOND AND ALEXANDER'S BOND.
Port of Lyttelton.
A brick building with slated roof, situate on part
of Town Section No. 862, corner of Cashel Street
and Oxford Terrace West, City of Christchurch, and
known as
TURNER'S BOND.
Port of Dunedin.
A brick building situate on part of Town Section
No. 37, Block No. 21, Cumberland Street, Dunedin,
and known as
NIXSON'S BOND.
Port of Invercargill.
A brick building situate on Section 16, Block II.,
Tay Street, Invercargill, and known as
STOCK'S BOND,
-to be Warehouses for the reception of Goods under
Bond.
Given under my hand at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of February, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-seven.
