Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. RICHARD
BLACKWOOD, of Little Collins Street West, in
the City of Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria,
has applied, on behalf of the firm of JOHN DE KUYPER
and Son, trading as distillers at Rotterdam in Holland,
to register, under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the
three Trade Marks of which the following are de-
scriptions, viz.,-

Description of Trade Marks.
No. 1.
The name of "John de Kuyper & Son," painted
so as to form an arch, underneath which is a repre-
sentation of an anchor.
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
"Cases containing Geneva."

No. 2.
The initials "J D K + Z," with an anchor above
them.
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
"Cases containing Geneva."

No. 3.
A label for bottles, having a heart-shaped border
within which, and near the top, are the words
"Genuine Hollands Geneva;" underneath these
words is an anchor, and below the anchor are the
letters "J D K + Z;" underneath this again is a
ribbon on which are inscribed the words "John de
Kuyper & Son," and the word "Rotterdam," at the
bottom.
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
A spirit known as "Hollands Geneva," or "Hol-
lands Gin," or more properly "Geneva."
